Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The biodegradability of the substance is assessed based on a category approach. The category members are composed of an analogue organic part that is laked with different metals. Due to the characteristics of the bonding a disintegration of the molecule at environmentally relevant pH is not expected. Biodegradability data are available for different members of the category. In all studies no significant biodegradation was observed (i.e. <20%). Based on this information the substance is assessed to be poorly biodegradable
