Executive summary:

method:

Backs of 2 males and 2 females were shaved and abraded by scrubbing. 

Compound was applied undiluted to the skin at a dose level of 2000 mg/kg. Animals were observed 14 days for symptoms and mortality.
Gross necropsy was performed with a general inspection of
the digestive tract, liver, kidneys, heart lungs and spleen.

result: No symptoms or death occured during the 14-day observation period.
