Additional information

There is no potential for accumulation based on the read across to dodecanedioic acid. The Log Kow was <3. It has been demonstrated in vivo (rats) that dodecanedioic acid is rapidly absorbed from the gastrointesinal tract. The acid was shown to be introduced into the fatty acid catabolism and was therefore extensively metabolised by the organism. Metabolites are incorporated or metabolised to CO2.

There is no known potential for Corfree® M1 to bioaccumulate based on predictive modeling using version 3.20 EPI Suite™. Given these data, Corfree® M1 is not expected to persist or bioaccumulate.
