In an isolated eye chicken test performed in compliance with the GLP, 1,5-Dichloro-2-(1-methylethoxy)-4-nitrobenzene (named as 2,4-dichloro 5-isopropoxy nitrobenzene(DINB)) induced a slight irritation to eyes but it can be concluded that it is not classified as corrosive or severe irritant.
