Additional information

ZK 90965 did not show a skin irritating or corrosive potential in rats when administered occlusively to the shorn back for 24 hours. Spotty desquamation was seen transiently in one male for up to one hour after removal of the patch.

ZK90965 is not regarded as eye irritant after single application into the conjunctival sac of the rabbit eye. Very slight, transient irritations were seen directly after application up to 24 hours after application.
