Additional information

The ignitability of Hydroxydrospirenone was determined according to the EU-Guideline A.10. The substance was formed into an unbroken powder train about 250 mm long by 20 mm wide by 10 mm high on a non-combustible, non-porous and low heat-conducting base plate. A hot flame from a gas burner was applied to one end of the powder train for 2 minutes. At the heated end of the train the powder formed a brown melt and no ignition was observed.

Justification for classification or non-classification

No ignition was observed in the test according to A.10.
