Endpoint:
oxidising solids
Data waiving:
study scientifically not necessary / other information available
Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because there are no chemical groups present in the molecule which are associated with oxidising properties and hence, the classification procedure does not need to be applied

Description of key information

According to Column 2 of REACH Annex VII, it is not required to test this endpoint since there are no chemical groups associated with oxidising properties presented in the molecule of the substance.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Oxidising properties:
non oxidising

Additional information

Justification for classification or non-classification

As Acid Violet 109 is considered to have no oxidising properties, classification is not needed according to the EU CLP Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
