Additional information

Concerning aquatic short-term toxicity effects, only tests for representatives of algae with the test item are available. For the other trophic levels (fish and Daphnia) data were available for read across substances. The test results with the test item and structurally related compounds presented hereby confirmed that the toxicity profile of Aluminium silicate and titanium oxide matrix doted with vanadium, nickel, and antimony for aquatic species is of low concern. Since all LC/EC50 values were greater than 100 mg/L, which is far higher than the solubility of the substance in water, a most sensitive species can not be mentioned.

Also long-term toxicity data are available for representatives of each trophica level in tests with test item (algae) and structurally related compounds (fish and Daphnia). The most sensitive species were the daphnids with a NOEC value of 32 mg/L, this is far higher than the solubility of the substance in water as well.
