No experimental study is available forfatty acids, vegetable-oil, esters with dipropylene glycol (CAS 95009-41-9) investigating the abiotic hydrolysis. In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, Annex VIII, column 2, 9.2.2.1 the testing of abiotic hydrolysis is not required as the substance is readily biodegradable. However, hydrolysis rates for the main components of fatty acids, vegetable-oil, esters with dipropylene glycol (CAS 95009-41-9) were calculated using HYDROWIN v2.00 (Müller, 2014). The results show that the abiotic hydrolysis is not a relevant degradation pathway (3.22 - 7.07 yr at pH 7; 117.42 d - 258.32 d at pH 8).
