Additional information

The most sensitive organism regarding acute toxicity was Leuchiscus idus with an LC50 of 12.7 mg/l. In Daphnia magna an EC50 of 13.5 mg/l was determined. The EC50 detected in algae (Scenedesmus subspicatus) was 22.4 mg/l.

The PNEC calculations are based on the results of the acute toxicity test performed with Leuciscus idus

The PNEC STP was calculated using the EC50 >1000 mg/l determined in a respiration inhibition test conducted with activated sludge.
