Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The endpoint is evaluated by read across to 1-Hexanamine, 2-ethyl-N,N-bis(2-ethylhexyl) (CAS:1860-26-0).
The read across key study is an OECD 222 GLP-test performed by BASF SE (2013) with the earthworm Eisenia fetida. The 28 -d LC50 for the adult earthworms was determined to be >1000 mg/kg soil dw. The 56 -d EC10 for reproduction was also determined to be >1000 mg/kg soil dw. Therefore, no risk for macroorganisms is anticipated by the substance.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Long-term EC10, LC10 or NOEC for soil macroorganisms:
1 000 mg/kg soil dw
