Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
No effects dose level for rats fed with diet fumigated over a 2-year period wasobserved.
A statistically insignificant tendency for test females to gain weight faster than their control counterparts was found. There were no other differences between controls and treated rats in hemoglobin content, hematocrit, differential white blood cell count, glucose levels, SGPT, serum urea, prothrombin time, organ weights, or tissue histopathology. Survival rates and tumor incidences were similar between controls and experimental animals.
