Description of key information

The acute toxicity to fish (Zebra fish: Danio rerio) of the test substance, TM 11-213, was assessed according to the OECD Test Guideline 203 and gave an LC50 of 4.81 mg/L. The nominal concentrations were 4.08, 5.11, 6.13, 7.15 and 8.17 mg/l (using a correction for density (1.021 g.mL/L)). The nominal concentrations were well in line with the geometric mean concentration between the start and the expired solutions. These were: 3.04, 5.11, 5.67, 6.65 and 7.87 mg/L, respectively. Toxic signs during the test were observed and resulted in an LC50 of 4.81 mg/l and were based on geometric mean concentrations.
