In a 96-h acute toxicity study of the test item to zebra-fish (Brachydanio rerio) under static conditions no toxic effects could be recorded in the range of water solubility.

In a 48-h acute toxicity study to Daphnia magna no toxic effects could be recorded in the range of water solubility.

In a 21 day Daphnia magna reproduction test no effect could be observed in the range of the waster solubility limit or the LOQ

In a 72 hour acute toxicity study of the test item to cultures of Scenedesmus subspicatus no toxic effects could be recorded in the range of water solubility.

In a respiration inhibition test to microorganisms no toxic effects could be recorded in the range of water solubility.

  • With high probability acutely not harmful to aquatic organisms.
  • Based on long-term (chronic) toxicity study data, the product is very likely not harmful to aquatic organisms.
  • The inhibition of the degradation activity of activated sludge is not anticipated when introduced in appropriate low concentrations.
