Description of key information

Based on the findings in the BOD/COD and Zahn Wellens test, FAT 40045 was considered to be neither readily nor inherently biodegradable.

Additional information

Based on the data of two studies conducted to evaluate the biodegradation potential its noted that the test substance FAT 40045 showed low biodegradation potential under the study conditions and suggesting that the test substance was not inherently biodegradable.
