Exposure controls / personal protection

• General protective and hygienic measures:
The usual precautionary measures are to be adhered to when handling chemicals.
• Respiratory protection:
Where risk assessment shows air-purifying respirators are appropriate use a full-face respirator with
multipurposecombination (US) or type ABEK (EN 14387) respirator cartridges as a backup to engineering controls. If the respirator is the sole means of protection, use a full-face supplied air respirator. Use respirators and components tested and approved under appropriate government standards such as NIOSH (US) or CEN (EU).
• Material of gloves
The selection of the suitable gloves does not only depend on the material, but also on further marks of quality and varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
• Penetration time of glove material
The exact break through time has to be found out by the manufacturer of the protective gloves and has to be observed.

Stability and reactivity

• Thermal decomposition / conditions to be avoided: Keep away from heat, air and moisture.
• Materials to be avoided: Avoid contact with strong oxidising agents and alkalis.
• Dangerous reactions Reacts with acids, alkalis and oxidizing agents.
• Dangerous decomposition products:
Sulphur dioxide
Nitrogen oxides

Disposal considerations

• Product:
• Recommendation Smaller quantities can be disposed of with household waste.

• Uncleaned packaging:
• Recommendation: Dispose off according to local, state, and federal governmental restrictions and requirements
