The Klimisch 1 study by Hutchinson and Hurd (2010) performed a test at concentrations of 0.056, 0.10, 0.32, 0.56, 1.0, 3.2, 5.6 and 10 mg/L. Algae of the strain Pseudokircheneriella subcapitata (three replicate flasks per concentration) and six replicate controls were tested. The test was considered valid.
