Description of key information

The test item Hydroxy(2-methylprop-2-enoato-O)zinc has a median particle size L50 = 7.45 µm, which was determined by laser diffraction measurement.

Additional information

Key study was performed in order to determine the particle size distribution of the test item Hydroxy(2-methylprop-2-enoato-O)zinc according to the OECD 110 and ISO 13320 using the laser diffraction method.

Three test series of 3 measurements each were performed with the fine fraction of the test item.

The result has been considered as reliable without restriction because the test was performed in compliance with OECD and EU guidelines giving scientifically valid results.
