Endpoint:
oxidising solids
Data waiving:
study scientifically not necessary / other information available
Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because there are no chemical groups present in the molecule which are associated with oxidising properties and hence, the classification procedure does not need to be applied

Description of key information

According to Column 2 of REACH Annex VII, it is not required to test this endpoint since there are no chemical groups associated with oxidising properties presented in the substance.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Oxidising properties:
non oxidising

Additional information

Justification for classification or non-classification

As the Disperse Red 302 contains no chemical groups present in the molecule which are associated with oxidising properties, it does not need to be classified as per the EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
