Description of key information

Soil adsorption coefficient (Koc) value of 1-(6-methoxy-2-naphthyl) ethan-1-one was estimated to be 351.9 L/kg (Log Koc = 2.5464) at 25 deg C by means of MCI method. This indicates that 1-(6-methoxy-2-naphthyl) ethan-1-one will adsorb to the organic carbon fraction of the soil and will have moderate tendency to move with the water content in the soil medium. This value at 20 deg C is equivalent to 281.52 (Log Koc = 2.4495)
