- In accordance with Annex IX, column 2 of the REACH Regulation, simulation testing for soil is not required if direct and indirect exposure of soil is unlikely. During industrial processes, Fe3P is not released to the soil compartment, and residual material is collected for disposal by incineration, so no exposure of the soil compartment is anticipated during the life cycle of the substance.
