The aqueous solution of the test item has a mean surface tension of 67.4 mN/m. According to Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008 Part A. Method A.5 substances showing a surface tension lower than 60 mN/m under the conditions of method A.5 should be regarded as being surface active materials.Thus, the test item is not regarded as surface active material.
