JUSTIFICATION FOR DATA WAIVING
[Specific explanation in addition to field 'Justification for data waiving']

Determining the dissociation constant of the substance is technically not feasible as no method will work effectively for the following reasons:

1) The substance does not contain any chromophores so a spectrophotometric method will not be feasible.
2) The conductivity method is not feasible due to the low water solubility of the substance.
3) The potentiometric titration method will not be possible due to the overlapping pKa’s and the low water solubility.
4) The low water solubility will make it extremely difficult to quantify the substances pKa value even if a method was available.
