For reference item / cellulose mixture 1:2, the relative standard deviation was higher than 10%.

Conclusions:
The oxidising properties of tungsten zirconium hydroxide oxide (CAS No. 1037842-83-3) were investigated according to the UN O.3 test method in compliance with GLP. No reaction with the test item / cellulose mixture in proportions 4:1 or 1:1 was observed.
Therefore, the test item was not considered as an oxidising solid following GHS terminology and was not classified in Division 5.1 and thus was not assigned to any packing group following the “UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods - Manual of Tests and Criteria”.

Description of key information

In a key study (Klimisch 1, Demangel, 2018), the oxidising properties of tungsten zirconium hydroxide oxide were investigated according to the UN O.3 test method in compliance with GLP. The test item was not considered as an oxidising solid following GHS terminology and was not classified in Division 5.1 and thus was not assigned to any packing group following the “UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods - Manual of Tests and Criteria”.
