The partition coefficient of the substance was determined following the methods outlined in the EU A8 guidelines. The shake flask method was not suitable to be used. The partition coefficient was determined from a visual assessment of the 1-octanol solubility and the cumulative water solubility value. The partion coefficient was determined to be 6.
