Conclusions:
The flash point of the test item was determined to be 115.5 °C at 1013.25 hPa.
Executive summary:

A study was conducted to determine the flash point of the test item according to Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 method A.9, OPPTS test guideline 830.6315 and UN RTDG MTC test method 32.4. Using the Pensky-Martens apparatus (based on closed cup non-equilibrium method) two independent experiments were conducted. There was no difference between the two measured values. Therefore, the determination was considered valid. No observations were made which might cause doubts on the validity of the study outcome. The flash point was determined to be 111.5 °C at 1013.25 hPa.
