Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Emissions of diisotridecyl adipate will distribute mostly in soil (84.9%) and to a lesser extent in water (14.8%). The portion in air is considerably less (0.28%) with a minimal fraction in sediment (0.02%).
The estimated persistence time is 1310 hr (ca. 55 days).
Executive summary:

Estimates obtained from Level III fugacity distribution modelling using US EPA EPI Suite v4.00, model component Level III fugacity model, indicate that emissions of diisotridecyl adipate will distribute mostly in soil (84.9%) and to a lesser extend in water (14.8%). The fraction in air (0.28%) and in sediment (0.02%) is minimal. Emissions will almost completely accumulate in soil and water.

The estimated persistence time is 1310 hr (ca. 55 days) (MWC 2010).
