The determination of the Explosive Properties of FAT 41'030/A was performed in accordance with the EC Council Directive 92/69/EEC, Annex, Part A, Methods for the determination of physico-chemical properties, A. 14: "Explosive Properties", Official Journal of the European Communities, No. L 383 A, December 29, 1992. The result showed FAT 41'030/A is not considered an explosive, when tested for heat sensitivity, shock or friction.
Justification for classification or non-classification
In view of the structural analogy of FAT 41045 with FAT 41030 with all functional groups of FAT 41045 being also present in FAT 41030 non-explosiveness is concluded also for FAT 41045.
