Additional information

All values are based on the LC50 as derived in the fish study. A PNEC for secondary poisoning was calculated although it is expected that the substance has limited potential for bioaccumulation (logPow is > 5).

Conclusion on classification

Based on the outcome of the fish toxicity and the daphnia immobilisation test (LL50/EL50 10 -100 mg/L) and a logPow of > 4, the substance needs to be classified as aquatic chronic category 3 (H412). The substance is considered rapidly biodegradable.
