Description of key information

The acute immobilisation rates of Desmodur MT were determined according to EU method C.2 (2008) and OECD TG 202 (2004).

During 48 hours exposure an EL50 of 2 mg/L was measured (Currenta, 2006).

Another study for chronic effects in daphnia magna (Currenta 2011) supported exactly the first study (Currenta 2006) with an EL50 of 2.07 mg/L vs. 2.0 mg/L.
