Description of key information
The auto ignition temperature of DVS005u was determined to be > 400 ºC according to a study performed in line with GLP and to the standardised guideline EU Method A.15.

The key study (Tremain and Atwal, 2010) was conducted in line with GLP and a standardised guideline with a sufficient level of detail to assess the quality of the study. The auto flammability was determined by heating aliquots of the test material in a flask and observing for any signs of ignition. It was determined that the test material did not have an ignition temperature below 400ºC. The study was performed to a good standard and was assigned a reliability score of 1 using the principles for assessing data quality as set out in Klimisch (1997).
