Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

The relative density (D420) is 1.283.
Executive summary:

Study performed to Council Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008 laying down test methods pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), Annex, Part A, Methods for the determination of physico-chemical properties, A.3 ”Relative density”, EEC Publication No. L142 and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals, Guideline No. 109, ”Density of Liquids and Solids”, adopted July 27, 1995. This study is compliant with the Principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and reported with a valid GLP certificate.

A fully automatic determination of the density was carried out with the help of MINIDENS Density Meter. The measured value was 1283±4.61 kg/m3.

The relative density (D420) is 1.283.
