Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

There is no undissociated state of the substance in water (OECD 112).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The result is obtained from a GLP test according to the OECD guideline 112.

A dissociation constant can not be determined because the test item is a salt of a strong acid. Salts are reaction products of acids and bases that retain their ionic character. Therefore no undissociated state of the test item in water exists at nature relevant pH values. This was proved by the performed titration of the test item in water with acid.
