Administrative data

First-aid measures

General advice: Remove all contaminated clothing. Call a physician immediately. Move out of dangerous area. If you feel unwell, seek medical advice (show the label where possible).
Inhalation: Bring the person into the fresh air and let rest undisturbed. Monitor breathing, seek medical advice immediately.
Skin contact: Wash off immediately with soap and plenty of water.
Eye contact: Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes. Call a physician immediately.
Ingestion: Clean mouth with water and drink afterwards plenty of water. Do NOT induce vomiting.

Fire-fighting measures

Suitable extinguishing media: Water spray, Alcohol-resistant foam, Carbon dioxide (CO2), Dry powder
Special protective equipment for fire-fighters: Wear self contained breathing apparatus for fire fighting if necessary. Protective suit

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions: Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective suit. Use personal protective equipment.
Environmental precautions: Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system. Prevent further leakage or spillage.
Methods for cleaning up: Soak up with inert absorbent material (e.g. sand, silica gel, acid binder, universal binder, sawdust). The material taken up must be disposed of in accordance with regulations.

Handling and storage

Safe handling advice: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment. Provide sufficient air
exchange and/or exhaust in work rooms. Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice. Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking.
Advice on protection against fire and explosion: Take precautionary measures against static discharges. Keep away from heat and sources of ignition. Do not empty into drains. Keep away from direct sunlight. Explosion protection equipment required.
