The test item has oxidizing properties according to the Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods – Manual of Tests and Criteria UN-Test O.2. (Oxidizing Properties (Liquids)) andhas to be classified as oxidizing liquid in Division 5.1 (Packing Group II).
