The Flash Point of Crude 1,3 -dichloropropene was determined by EEC Test Method A9 by closed cup with GLP compliance. The duplicate determined flash points of Crude 1,3-dichloropropene were 15°C and 16°C. Therefore the Flash Point of Crude 1,3-dichloropropene at 1023 mbar was 15.5 °C.
