The lowest auto-ignition temperature of the test item was determined to be 350 °C in the main test. Due to safety reasons and according to the guidelines the lowest measured temperature at which an ignition was observed was rounded to the next lower number divisible by 5, giving a value of 345 °C.

The auto-ignition temperature of the test item was determined to be 345 °C.
Executive summary:

A study was conducted according to Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 Part A.15, and DIN 51794 (2003) to determine the auto-ignition temperature of the test substance. In a preliminary test the approximate auto-ignition temperature was determined. For the main test three test series were conducted. The temperature determined in the preliminary test was used as starting point for the main test. The temperature was decreased by 2 - 5 °C until no ignition was observed. According to criteria laid down in Regulation EC No. 440/2008 method A.15 and DIN 51794 the auto-ignition temperature is the lowest value rounded down to a whole multiple of 5 °C. Therefore, the auto-ignition temperature was determined to be 345 °C at 1008 - 1018 hPa.
