no adverse effect observed (not irritating)

Additional information

The test was started using three animals simultaneously because the test article was expected not to produce severe irritancy or corrosion.

Justification for classification or non-classification

No significant clinical signs and body weight changes during the study period. Very slight erythema and edema were observed at each obervation time of 72 hours and 1 hour after patch removal, respectively, at one animal. AM03 was considered to be non-irritant/non-corrosive substance.
