Additional information

No experimental data are available regarding the toxicokinetic behavior and metabolism of the test substannce. No systemic toxicity was observed after oral exposure to the substance in a repeated dose/screening reproduction toxicity study (OECD 422). At the highest dose level, reduced body weights in males were observed. Therefore, the NOAEL for systemic toxicity in this study was 75 mg/kg bw. Liver enzymes (esterases) are potentially capable to break the ester bond in the substance.
