Additional information

The Klimisch 1 study by BASF AG (2002) performed a short-term toxicity test at 3.13, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50 and 100 mg/L. Twenty daphnids (4 replicates of 5 animals) were exposed to thes concentration and twenty other daphnids functioned as controls. No immobilisation was observed during the 48-hour test period at 0 and 3.13 mg/L. Immobilisation was observed at 6.25 mg/L (2/20 daphnids), 12.5 mg/L (6/20 daphnids), 25 mg/L (20/20 daphnids), 50 mg/L (20/20 daphnids) and 100 mg/L (20/20 daphnids).
