Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The calculated Henry's law constant of the test substance is calculated to range between 2.93E-06 and 3.2E-06

Pa.m3/mol at 25°C, depending on the sum of x, y and z in the chemical structure (which is 5-6). The Kair-water (dimensionless Henry's law constant) is then 1.18E-09-1.29E-09.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The distribution between water and air can be predicted based on Henry's law constant. From the calculated value, it can be concluded that the test substance will predominantly be in the water phase.

For the calculation, the experimentally determined vapour pressure of 0.0041 Pa at 25°C was used, as well as the water solubility of 562 g/L at 20°C (extrapolated by EUSES to 602 g/L at 25°C for calculation purposes).
