The substance is a flame retardant.It has a solid phase retardation mechanism. Upon exposure to flame it produces a glassy layer which separate between the flame and the fuel source.
Justification for classification or non-classification
Based on the experimantal Flammability test results, Fyrolflex SOL-DP is not classified as a flamable substance.
