Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Carbon dioxide and chemical foam. The substance is not
miscible in water and water should be avoided as an
extinguishing agent.

Product arising from burning: Complete combustion will lead to carbon dioxide and water.
Under confined conditions, incomplete combustion may lead to
the formation of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons.

Product determined by test: N

Protective equipment: Face protection with breathing aparatus, coveralls and
chemical resistant rubber gloves.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Absorb onto sand, paper or other suitable absorbant material
and dispose of as hazardous waste. The area of spill may be
washed with detergent and water. Contain area of spill with
sandbags or other suitable material.

Handling and storage

Handling: Protective equipment when handling the substance in bulk or
during transfer to syringes for use should include suitable
rubber or neoprene gloves, goggles and protective outer
clothing.

During use, the process makes it impractical to wear goggles
(using microscope). Likewise, during use, the workers need
