Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Conclusion on classification

The safety net classification could be applied for:

- poorly soluble substances for which no acute toxicity is recorded at levels up to the water solubility

- not rapidly degradable

- an experimentally determined BCF ≥ 500 (or, if absent, a log Kow ≥ 4)

The substance is poorly soluble and not readily biodegradable. But since the experimentally BCF is < 33, the safety net classification (Aq. Chronic 4) is not warranted.
