Test material

Constituent 1
Details on test material:
- Name of test material (as cited in study report): Nikkol VC-IP
- Substance type: Colourless to light yellow transparent liquid
- Physical state: Liquid
- Stability under test conditions: stable
- Storage condition of test material: In refrigerator in the dark

Results and discussion

Water solubility
Water solubility:
< 0.09 mg/L
Temp.:
19 °C
pH:
ca. 7.5
Details on results:
Since NIKKOL VC-IP is a liquid, the column elution method as mentioned in OECD 105 and EEC A.6 guidelines is not applicable for the
determination of the water solubility. In order to find out if the flask method as mentioned in the guidelines is applicable, a preliminary test was
performed.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results (migrated information): insoluble (< 0.1 mg/L)
The water solubility of NIKKOL VC-IP at 19.0 ± 1.0°C is < 0.09 mg/l.
