First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: - Move exposed person immediately to fresh air and contact

medical personnel and supervisor.
Emergency measure - Eyes: - Immediately flush thoroughly with water for at least 15

minutes and contact medical personnel and supervisor.
Emergency measure - Skin: - Immediately wash thoroughly with soap and water for

15 minutes. Seek medical advice.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: - Drink 1 or 2 glasses of water (250-500ml) and immediately

contact medical personnel and supervisor.

applicable waste disposal regulations. Take proper

precautions to minimize exposure by using appropriate

personal protective equipment.

Handling and storage

Handling: - The substance will be handled in enclosed or contained
process equipment with effective local exhaust ventilation.
Safety glasses with side shields, chemical splash goggles
and/or full face shield must be worn. Rubber (latex) gloves
and disposable suits to minimize potential for eye, skin and
respiratory exposure must be worn. Appropriate half-masks or
air purifying respirators must also be worn.

Storage: - The substance is stored in sealed and secure poly-

lined fiberboard containers that meet the international

shipping standards and regulations. The substance is stored
in a well-ventilated warehouse or equivalent that meets
current fire protection standards and at room temperature.

Packaging of the substance and or preparation: - Fibre drums (50 liter with plastic liner).
