Description of key information

FAT 45176/A is expected to be absorbed in human via different routes - oral (assumed 30%), dermal (assumed 10%) and inhalation route (assumed 85%) due to the physico-chemical properties (i.e., high molecular weight, highly water solubility, main particle size is smaller than 100 µm, low Log Pow).
Following absorption, FAT 45176/A is anticipated to be distributed at the very least to liver and kidneys. Excretion is expected to be fast in its original form via urine bile or feces, and as a conclusion FAT 45176/A has low accumulation potential in human body.
