The sorption behaviour of the test substance on soil using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was determined in accordance with the OECD draft document TGP/94 75 (April 1994).
Under the above analytical conditions, HP-10 was found to elute after DDT.
HP-10 eluted after the mobile phase strength was increased to 100% acetonitrile.
HP-10 was found to be have a log10Kocvalue of greater than 5.4.
