Preliminary test:

During the preliminary test it was found that at 6°C, -23°C and -80°C the test substance was extremely viscous.

Main study:

A duplicate experiment was performed to determine the freezing point/freezing range of the test substance. In a duplicate experiment it was found that the test substance has no defined freezing point or freezing range. With decrease of temperature, the viscosity of the test substance increased, without showing a clear phase transition of the liquid into the solid state. At a temperature of 249.95 K (-23.2°C) in test 1 and at 256.75 K (-16.4°C) in test 2, an in the test substance Inserted stirrer could not be moved.

Conclusions:
In conclusion, no freezing point/freezing range of the test substance could be determined. The viscosity of the test substance increases with
decreasing temperature, until finally, the test substance is completely solid.
