Handling and storage
Handling: Minimise exposure by use of standard occupational hygiene
procedures, and good housekeeping. Wear eye/face
protection, head covering and gloves. Avoid inhalation or
ingestion of dust. All weighing should be done in an
enclosed ventilated area and on low level scales for ease
of handling.

sensitised a physician should be consulted and all contact
with reactive dyes must cease immediately].

Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: Recovery from dyed fibres is not possible.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Incineration at an authorised facility equipped with waste
gas treatment to remove oxides of nitrogen and sulfur and
hydrogen chloride is possible.
Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: The substance will be adsorped onto sewage sludge.
Public at large - Possibility of recovery/recycling: The substance will only enter the public domain in the form
of dyed articles that can be disposed of as domestic waste.
